1. Data controller and contact

HvalpeRapporten is developed and published by Lampspirit. Questions about privacy or processing of information can be sent to support.hvalperapporten+general@gmail.com.

2. Information processed by the website

The website has no account, contact form, newsletter, analytics or advertising tracking. When you visit, Cloudflare Pages as the hosting provider may process technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested address, browser type and error status in temporary server and security logs.

3. Cookies and local storage

Silktide Consent Manager stores your choice in browser localStorage under keys prefixed “stcm.hvalperapporten”. It is used only to remember whether you accepted or rejected non-essential storage. It remains on the device until you clear browser data or reset the choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

The website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. The “Reject non-essential” option is presented as clearly as the accept option.

4. Data in the HvalpeRapporten application

Information about litters, puppies, photos, notes, weigh-ins and measurements is stored locally in the application’s SQLite database on your Android or Windows device. Core features require no user account. Data leaves the device only when you choose to export or share it.

You can delete the application’s local data from Settings. Deletion requires explicit confirmation and cannot be undone. HvalpeRapporten does not promise cloud backup or automatic synchronization.

5. Purposes and legal bases

• Technical log information is processed by the hosting provider to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.
• Your consent choice is stored locally to respect and remember your choice. You can change or reset it at any time.
• If you send an email, the information you choose to include is processed to answer your enquiry.

6. Recipients and external services

The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. When you follow a download link, you leave this website. Google Play and Microsoft Store then process information under their own terms.

7. Retention and your rights

HvalpeRapporten does not maintain a central database of visitor or application data. The browser consent choice remains on your device until deleted or reset. Emails are retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Contact us at the address above. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

8. Changes

This policy is updated when the website’s or application’s actual data processing changes. Material changes will appear on this page with a new update date.
